| OWNER LISTING - BCR-CA has not evaluated this dog Please contact the neighbor: Rick at lhhzoo@roadrunner.com La Habra Heights, CA.... Home 562-697-6626.... Cell 562-533-6566 They ask that you fill out an online adoption application for Molly. MOLLY was adopted from a shelter about a year ago. She is spayed, and current on shots and AVID chipped. Her human Dad, 90 years old has been diagnosed with Alzheimers and has been placed in a treatment facility. Molly's human Mom is close to 90 years old and has difficulty getting around. Molly is about 3 years old and extremely energetic border collie (Molly). Since Dad's absence, Molly has been climbing (literally!) their chain link fence and running away. A neighbor has placed additional fencing, but the dog manages to get over it. Molly is bored and doesn't understand that her humans can no longer take care of her, and keep her active. She is not good with the neighbors dogs - could be out of needing some training since she is still young. No one wants to chain her, since this is not what is needed for Molly. She needs a active home that will give her the time and energy that is needed to burn off her high energetic girl that she is. Cats are not recommended to the home she is adopted to. Now for the good points: Molly is extremely athletic, intelligent and affectionate to people. In fact, she is probably one of the sweetest dogs (to humans) I have known. Our neighbors (90 years old husband and wife) adopted Molly from the county animal shelter and do not know her prior history. She will sit on command, but will bolt if off her leash. Molly just needs a human that has time to train her, teach her to not bolt out or off when off leash. MOLLY is located in southern California. Available now in So. California. You need to have an application on file to visit this dog. Fill out an adoption application here Adoption Application. |
