Still Photography and Video Agreement
Regarding Photographs and Videos
I’d like you to feel comfortable working your dogs. To protect the privacy of yourself and others, please read
and sign the following, initialing each. This agreement is effective immediately.
ALL PARTIES IN YOUR GROUP MUST SIGN AND INITIAL.
I/we agree to the following:
While attending herding lessons, or while watching herding lessons with Karen Wessinger, at any and all
locations, the following applies:
1. No Videotaping allowed. __________
2. Still photographs allowed ONLY if they are of you and your dog exclusively. __________
3. No photographs of other students and/or their dogs without the other student’s
prior permission. _______
4. No photographs of Karen Wessinger, and/or her dogs, and or the ranch facilities
without her prior permission. Approval of content is required. ___________
5. I agree to the following: NO photographs, or videos, of students, and/or their dogs, Karen
Wessinger and/or her dogs will appear on any website or publication without additional written
consent prior to the publication. A signed “model release” will be required. ________
