RELEASE, INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The undersigned, in consideration for use of the premises of 39314 Bouquet Canyon Road, does hereby consent
to, acknowledge, release and agree to indemnify Karen Wessinger, Quality Dog Training, GemStar Ranch, and/or
Al Glodan, their officers, employees, agents, and guests from any liability arising from alleged tortuous conduct and
represents and understands that:
I recognize that sheep, herding activities, horses, horse activities, cattle, cattle activities and any combination there
of, are inherently dangerous and are likely to cause grievous personal injury or death. ____
I voluntarily and with full knowledge of the above risks of injury, death or damage, wish to voluntarily assume them
and the danger they impose to me and or my dog. ______
I release Karen Wessinger, Quality Dog Training, GemStar Ranch, and/or Al Glodan, their owners, directors,
officers, employees, agents, or persons on its grounds from any alleged liability occasioned from injury, death or
damage to me from negligent action or inaction while I participate or speculate at any herding or horse activity, event
or competition. ______
I agree to indemnify and defend Karen Wessinger, Quality Dog Training, GemStar Ranch ,and/or Al Glodan, their
directors, officers, employees, agents, or persons thereon from any and all liability including judgments or
settlements, expense or costs, including attorneys fees, as a result of negligent action or inaction alleged to have
been committed by or to me while on its premises. ______
I fully understand and acknowledge, agree and consent that the provisions of this agreement will apply to my heirs,
assignees, or any person seeking legal redress on my behalf. Further, that this document will remain in full force
and effect until I submit an executed written revocation of it to the Karen Wessinger, Quality Dog Training, GemStar
Ranch, and/or Al Glodan. _____
I have read and received a copy of and the “Still Photography and Video Agreement” and “Important Information for
Herding” and agree to abide by the terms in each document. ______.
I have fully read and understood each of the above paragraphs initialed by me and voluntarily agree to
abide by and acknowledge same. I further understand that nothing stated to me orally shall be used to
contradict, vary or alter the agreements, acknowledgements and consents expressed herein by me.
